- Fully Automatic Printer 4034 – for clean, consistent screen printing
- Hanwha Decan S1 Pick and Place Machine – now with smart feeders (no more splicing!)
- Lyra622 8-Zone Reflow Oven – for precise soldering
- Offline AOI V8 Inspection System – because quality matters
- Conveyor sets, SMT magazine loader, and more
When did this all happen?
The SMT line has been shipped, and after prepping the workspace with new ESD flooring (installed November last year). We’ve got our materials sorted, our processes refined, and yes – we’re even excited about making labels
